Eyekyam Risk Resolutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the wings of the National Skills Foundation of India (NSFI), instituted under the Agriculture Skills Council of India (ASCI) .
We envision Eyekyam as a resolution to the undervaluation of Planet and People as Assets, which has led to many environmental and social risks, with climate change among the many. Thus, effective and sustainable management of risks posed to Planet and People is critical to elevating their status as investable asset classes.
We have built our vision on managing environmental, social, financial, and operational risks to nature and social investments by leveraging cutting-edge AI, IoT, blockchain, and Web3 technologies to deliver comprehensive risk solutions. We believe robust risk management is essential for impact investments to generate high returns for investors while creating meaningful value for Planet and People — without it, neither impact nor returns can be realized.

Vidya Soundarajan brings over 25 years of leadership in climate resilience, sustainable development, and climate finance, having worked with renowned organizations like WWF India, DFID, and Oxford Policy Management. A pioneer in integrating blockchain, AI, and IoT into climate risk management, she has mobilized large-scale funding for biodiversity and climate adaptation across Asia and Africa. Vidya has led transformative initiatives in climate-resilient agriculture, water-energy management, and disaster risk reduction, fostering impactful public-private partnerships and driving innovative sustainability solutions globally
Commander Ashley Derrick (Retd.),
Founder & CTO, EyeKyam Risk Resolutions
Ashley Derrick has 24 years of expertise in Safety Risk management, Organizational Culture, and large-scale capacity building, with extensive experience as a Flying Instructor in the Indian Navy. A blockchain and AI innovator, he has designed Web3-based frameworks for sustainability, trained over 15,000 personnel, and conducted over 35 accident investigations. His work in risk mitigation, aviation safety, and stakeholder engagement has earned him recognition for enhancing operational safety and resilience across sectors and geographies.
